Return Policy: If for any reason within 7 days of receipt, you are not happy with any of product you have purchased from The Masonic Exchange’s website you may send an email outlining your issue and a refund, after receipt of the returned goods, may be available at the discretion of The Masonic Exchange Ltd. Goods purchased from The Second Hand Shop are non- refundable.
Cancellation Policy: The Masonic Exchange Ltd will accept cancellations for orders placed through the website within 24hours if the goods have not already been dispatched, however a restocking fee or 2.5% of the sale price will apply.
Ownership: Ownership of all goods supplied remains with The Masonic Exchange Ltd as vendor until paid in full.
Terms of Payment: Purchases from the site will only be dispatched on receipt by The Masonic Exchange Ltd of full payment. Where subsequent issues occur regarding payment, all collection costs incurred by The Masonic Exchange Ltd in obtaining full payment will be payable by the purchaser.
Currency & Freight Charges: All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)and are Freight Free in urban New Zealand for new items only, except where otherwise specified. Rural Deliveries will incur a surcharge. Packaging and Handling costs apply. All goods purchased from the Second Hand Shop incur freight charges for delivery in NZ or overseas. Contact us for costs of delivery outside New Zealand.
Made to Order Items: All orders for jewels or other made-to-order (bespoke) items must be accompanied by a $45 design fee payment which is non-refundable in the event no purchase is made. Allowance for the fee where orders are subsequently made is accounted for in the item price.
Engraving:Engraving on jewels is free of charge for the first 30 letters or numbers required. Thereafter, engraving charges apply.
